What is Real Colors?

Real Colors is a dynamic, ½ day workshop experience using a personality type test that is a user-friendly, intuitive tool, which identifies four personality types common to all people. Team members will:

• Gain an understanding of all four colors

• Discover where they fall on the Real Colors spectrum

• Learn to recognize the characteristics of each color

• Discuss with fellow team members what it’s like to be each color
