What is the Foundational Leader Academy?
The Foundational Leader Academy (FLA) is a cohort-based, leadership development program that focuses on communication, leading change, leadership styles and much more. All courses were designed to equip leaders with the skills necessary to excel both in and out of GCNA. Additionally, leaders will experience several human resource courses focusing on policies, employment laws, and performance management.
This academy will provide leaders with the necessary tools to:
Communicate effectively
Build their team spectrum
Lead through positive influence
